Join us this lovely evening to learn first-hand the basic techniques of suturing and more! Some of which are required during your clinical posting, so whether you are learning the first time or wanting a refresher course, this is right up your alley! Don't miss this opportunity to learn from the best and our very own faculty Prof Pierce Chow, and Duke-NUS alumni Dr Edwin Yang

Workshop outline

1. Types of instruments used in surgery

2. Basic Hand Tie techniques and knot types

3. Basic suturing techniques: Simple interrupted, simple mattress, simple continuous and continuous subcuticular suture
